Envelope probably containing a coin sent by Tripoli for Sfax (Tunisia) on June 21, 1915 and franked for a total of 70 cents with combination of stamps with Libya Michetti C.50 superastore and two specimens Leoni C.10 covering the double port rate and insurance 50 lire plus force majeure (double port 0.15+0.15+rac. 0.25+ass. 0.10+F.M. 0.05). The letter was submitted by the Post Office of Tripoli and was passed from the censored Bologna Posta Foreigna (Racc. Ass - 25/6/15) and then moved on to the customs clearance of Modane (27.6.15) and be delivered to destiny in Tunisia (arrival stamp on 4 July). Waxy seals on the back.
